Luke 8:8  When He, Jesus the Prophet,  had said these things He cried, “He who has ears to hear, let him hear!” NKJV

Do you have Presbycusis?   This is a word that means “hearing loss.” If so, you may require hearing aids. The Holy Spirit sent down from Heaven is of great help in helping hear, understand and do the Word of the Lord.  Distractions can be a deadly problem.  I have noticed that when I am around a lot of noise it becomes increasingly difficult to zero in on that one voice speaking to me.  In parable of the soils, Jesus teaches us about atmospheres that cause us difficulties in receiving the Word of the Lord. There are many voices and distractions that compete for our listening ears. Knowing that the words of Jesus lead us to life, it is wisdom, to “listen up.” So lets identify and step aside from all distractions to hear these words of life.  Can you hear Jesus?   ‘He cried, “He who has ears to hear, let him hear!”  Happy listening.
