Our story
of God's Faithfulness
On February 17th, a devastating fire and explosion completely destroyed our church facility in Boonville. As a church, serving our community for 40 years, this was a tragic and very public tragedy for us. In the days that followed, just as we have witnessed for four decades, God faithfulness has been displayed in powerful ways.
We continue to gather - in homes, in a local school and in temporary spaces. Churches and individuals from across the region and nation have shown their support for us in this time. In the midst of a tragic time, others showed up to support us - and the Abundant Life Church family chose HOPE as the path forward.

A secure, age-specific children's wing with dedicated classrooms, nursery space, and safe check-in for families.

A versatile multi-purpose gym for youth ministries, sports, community events, banquets, and large gatherings.
Welcome Center
A spacious lobby designed to help guests feel at home, featuring a welcome area, coffee space, and comfortable gathering areas.

Dedicated offices, meeting rooms, and counseling spaces that support pastoral care, leadership, and daily ministry.

Our current project timeline is as follows (all times are tentative):

Financial forcast
With over $2 million already raised through insurance and generosity for the project, Abundant Life is entering construction from a position of financial strength. Our goal is to complete this project through continued generosity, strategic partnerships, grants, and careful stewardship—keeping any long-term debt as low as responsibly possible.
As we progress forward we will have full financial reporting available so our congregation and community can see how close we are to our goal.
