Who do YOU say that I am?
The most important answer you’ll ever give.
John 3:16 / NKJV
We must ask “What must I do to be saved?” This question was asked of apostle Paul from his jailer. The answer was simple, “Believe in the Lord Jesus, and you will be saved.” (Acts 16:30)
So how do you do that? Jesus answers that question in John 14:6, “Jesus answered, “I am the way and the truth and the life. No one comes to the Father except through me.”
“Everyone who calls on the name of the Lord will be saved.” (Romans 10:13)
You can experience the transformational saving that only Jesus can bring to your life. We must begin by recognizing that we are not capable of righting our wrongs or covering our sin. No amount of religion or self-help will ever produce in you an ability to save your soul. Only Jesus can do that. He is the only way, the only truth and the only life. The word of God teaches us that while we were still sinners, that is when Jesus died for us. Not when we cleaned ourselves up enough to be accepted by Him. We beg of you to consider surredering your life to the Lord Jesus Christ. He will bring freedom to you from your sin and will never leave you or forsake you if you will do that. If this is your heart today, to declare that you want Jesus to be your Lord and savior we encourage you to pray this prayer below and connect with a local church in your area. You can speak to one of our pastoral staff if you are unaware of a church near you.
I’m praying this prayer because I know that I have done wrong; I understand that I have sinned against the Lord. Please forgive me of all the things I have done wrong in the past.
Help me to put you as Lord of my life and keep me focused on the plans you have for me. I believe in my heart and confess with my mouth that Jesus is Lord and now He is Lord over my life.
Thank you for saving me. Thank you that I am now a Christian and a follower of Jesus.
